My little baker!!

The Easy Bake Oven has been a blast! Our first try was sugar cookies. they turned out really good and cute for the first time!Once the cookies were in she had to make sure they were cooking inside.

Then it was time to decorate with pink sprinkles!

Her finished product. She had them all by herself and did a great job!!

we have tried to make other cakes and brownies with the oven but things just don't turn out like they should!!! We will keep trying and hopefully one day we will have a cute cake!

New Years Weekend!!!

New Years weekend! We started the weekend off a night early with a few firecrackers and sparklers! It was windy so we didn't get to do much. We had to call Miss Ava over to join in on the excitement and fun with us! These girls were cold but were having a blast!On NYE we went to my parents for pizza and smore making!! They were so good I could eat one now! Addy was in charge of fire and making sure it stayed hot.

Then it was time for more sparklers and fire crackers. Again it was still windy so we didn't get to do much in fear of a fire starting even though it rained some that day.

Plus that night when we got home our neighbor kids were popping fireworks and caught our back yard on fire at 10:30pm. they had to jump the fence to put the fire out. Needless to say I was not a happy person because it was close to Addy's slide and they were popping right by our babies window. Addy had no nap that day and was up early but she did see midnight come around. I don't know how she did it!! I hope everyone has a great new year!!!

Snow Days!!!

It started snowing this past Sunday and it all come down fast! Addy couldn't wait to get outside and play in. Finally she got dressed, her and daddy headed out to play. It was a little to cold for me to go out. She had a blast in her swing set, swinging and jumping on the trampoline.
We got to stay home from school on Monday so when daddy come home from work they headed out to build a snowman.

She also would just fall straight back and start making snow angels all over the yard! She loved the snow but not so much the cold.

I think they did a great job on the snowman this year. She turned out cute and looks very happy! We also got another snow day on Tuesday. This don't happen very often in our town but we did enjoy our 4 day weekend.

Christmas Morning!!

Well Santa did come to our house!!! She was so excited this year about Christmas and loved everything that she got!!!Santa looked a little slim around the tree but then she had to look outside. Santa worked hard out in the rain for her this year with the trampoline!!! She couldn't understand how he got it here because it was to heavy for his sleigh.

Then it was time to get dressed and head out to jump!! It was cold but she didn't seem to mind.

She was such a happy girl this year!!! Pardon her hair she got Rapunzel head bands and had to put them in right away both of them!

After gifts at our house we headed over to Nana and Pops! We had a pancake breakfast and then opened gifts! As you can tell by the photo below she was so excited the most about this gift. Her exact words were "Oh it's my favorite thing ever!!" It was sugar scrub. This girl loves some sugar scrub as you can tell!

She also loves getting hats. I love this face because she was telling us how cute it was!

She also got a new tv for her room and her favorite gift this year was her IXL!! She loves playing games on it everyday still!!

Jeremy and I also got a new TV this year also!! Thanks Nana and Pops!!

That night we headed to Daingerfield to Jeremy's parents. She was still excited to be opening gifts. Her faces were priceless this year with all the excitement!!

Christmas Eve!!!

With being out for almost 3 weeks due to the holidays and snow I am so far behind on blogging. I am really going to try and get caught up and do a better job this year. This year at Christmas Eve we went to my aunt's house to celebrate! We enjoyed a great steak dinner provided my dad with all the sides and tons of desserts. Addy was so excited to start opening gifts! She got some really cute clothes, gift cards, toys and money!! A very cute scarf and dress that her BFF (cousin Ashlie) gave her!!

I wanted a family photo so we took this quick one. Addy was still excited and tired that she could of cared less about the photo.

Then it was home to get ready for bed because Santa was coming!! We did our traditional gingerbread train again this year. I thought I had photos of us making it but they may be on my old camera. See Jeremy had to go and buy us a new camera on Christmas Eve because some sweet little girl dropped mine the night before and broke it. Thank honey for the unexpected Christmas gift.


Then it was time to put our milk and cookies for Santa and cake balls for the reindeer.

Now it is time for bed. Nana Pops got her a new bedroom suite for Christmas. She was so excited to start sleeping it for the first time. Addy is being a good big sister and letting baby brother have her bed!!!

North Pole Train Ride

I'm so far behind on blogging! I was off for almost two weeks so I stayed pretty busy at home with Christmas and Miss Addyson!! The Wednesday before Christmas we took Addy to ride the train in Purley! It is always so cold standing outside to ride a small train but she loves it!!She was excited to see Santa and even wanted to pose for a picture with him!! As you can see on her face how excited she was to be riding the train and seeing all the lights and decorations. Mommy was really cold!!!

Baby Update and Addy!!!

I went to the dr yesterday morning and took my wonderful glucose test! It was really hard drinking that "fruit juice" and took me a little longer then it should have. I finally got it down while taking Addy to school. They took my blood and I got to hear my sweet baby boys heartbeat. It was very strong and everything sounded good. Now I start going every two weeks. I can't believe I am already at this point. It seems like it has went by so fast this time. The next couple of months are going to be so busy with us at home, work, dance, etc that I know it will fly by. We will spend several days in Ft Worth working, I have wonderful friends giving me a baby shower, Addy learning her dance recital routine and the Father/Daughter dance! Wow I am wore out already!

Addy had an appointment yesterday afternoon with an ear/nose/throat doctor. A couple of weeks ago she had a bad case of strep throat so Dr Stagg wanted us to see someone about getting her tonsils and adenoid taken out. After setting in the waiting room for 1hour and 20mins we finally got to go back to see the dr. He was great with Addy and she thought he was funny. My prayers were answered and he don't want to take anything out. He didn't think that things were bad enough yet for it to be done. We were so lucky and glad that he said that!!
