I have recently fell in love with cooking with Bisquick! I cooked this for dinner the other night and loved it. It is so easy to make.
Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb ground beef
1/2tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2c Bisquick
1c milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Itilian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast (I usually do 4 peices)
Itilian dressing
1 tsp flour
1 tbls water
Reynolds oven cooking bag
preheat over to 400. Put flour, water, and dressing into bag. Coat the inside of the bag and then place chicken inside. Set bag inside a cooking dish and bake for 1hr. We cook this several times a month. It goes great with Crescent rolls, chicken & broccoli rice and a salad
